Cancel a Paid Plan
Cancel a paid Dlopo plan from the plan-management flow. Review the effective date shown before confirming, because access can remain active until the current paid period ends.
Cancel your paid plan
- Open Settings.
- Select Billing.
- Click Adjust plan.
- Select the Free plan or the cancellation option shown for your current subscription.
- Review the effective date and the features that will change.
- Confirm the change.
The plan flow is the source of truth for whether the change is scheduled for the end of the current billing period or takes effect immediately. If cancellation is scheduled, Dlopo displays a message such as Pro stays active until then with the cancellation date.
What changes after cancellation
Until the effective date, your paid features remain available according to the message shown in the plan flow. After the paid period ends, the account resolves to the Free plan and Pro-only capabilities may be limited or disabled.
Current plan limits include one active public link on Free, while Pro includes unlimited active public links. Other plan-controlled capabilities can include the published AI booking assistant, removing Dlopo branding, paid bookings, analytics, private links, redirects, and advanced booking features. Check the current plan comparison before relying on a specific feature.
Existing account and booking records are not automatically erased by cancelling. Retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable service terms.
Billing and refunds
Cancelling your Dlopo subscription does not automatically refund guest payments collected through a paid booking link. It also does not automatically disconnect every external integration.
If the plan or cancellation option is missing, open Billing and use Open Billing Portal when available. If you still cannot find the subscription, contact support from the billing account email and include a non-sensitive invoice reference.
