Manage Billing
Use Settings → Billing to review your Dlopo plan, renewal status, payment method, next invoice, and billing contact. Stripe hosts payment-method and subscription-management actions through the billing portal.
Review your current plan
- Open Settings.
- Select Billing.
- Review Current plan, the renewal or cancellation message, and Next invoice.
- Click Adjust plan to compare available plans or change your subscription.
Dlopo currently offers a Free plan and Pro. The billing screen displays the plan state and the timing that applies to your account.
Update payment details
- In Settings → Billing, click Open Billing Portal.
- Complete the payment-method or subscription action in Stripe.
- Return to Dlopo and refresh the page to see the updated plan state.
If Stripe reports a payment problem, Dlopo may show Payment failed or Payment needs confirmation with an Update payment action. Follow the Stripe flow before the next retry or renewal.
Update the billing contact
- In Settings → Billing, find Billing Contact.
- Enter the address beside Billing contact.
- Click Update Billing.
Dlopo validates that the address has a standard email format before saving it. This contact is separate from the read-only account email shown in Profile.
Subscription billing versus guest payments
Your Dlopo subscription is the charge for using Dlopo. Payments collected from guests through paid booking links are separate. Manage guest-payment records in the connected payment provider rather than in Dlopo subscription billing.
Invoices, prices, and plan timing
The billing flow and Stripe portal are the source of truth for invoices, payment details, applicable prices, taxes, and effective dates. Pricing and plan limits can change, so use the amount shown before confirming an upgrade, downgrade, or renewal action.
