About This Resource

Security and Privacy

Dlopo’s security and privacy controls start with the information you choose to add and the services you connect. Use the product settings and linked legal pages to review what is visible, what is shared with providers, and how to handle guest information responsibly.

Protect your account

  • Use a secure sign-in method and keep authentication codes private.
  • Never send passwords, payment-card details, or integration tokens to support.
  • Review connected services periodically and disconnect providers you no longer use.
  • Give team members only the access they need to manage bookings and settings.

If you suspect that someone can access your account, change the relevant sign-in credentials and contact support from the account email. Do not include secrets in the support request.

Control profile and public information

Open Settings to review the information associated with your account. Your Profile panel includes your name, read-only account email, profile photo, username, bio, and Show Public Profile.

The public profile switch controls whether visitors can open your username page and browse your public booking links. A profile name, bio, photo, or booking-page branding can also appear in guest-facing experiences. Preview a public booking page after changing public information.

Collect guest information responsibly

Ask for the minimum information needed to schedule and deliver the meeting. Booking forms require core identity and contact fields and may include additional questions configured by the host.

Avoid copying guest details into unrelated tools. Treat names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, and free-form answers as personal information. Limit access to booking details to people who need it for the meeting or its administration.

Connected services and payments

Before connecting Calendar, Meet, payments, or another provider, review the permissions shown in that provider’s authorization flow. Disconnecting a provider stops future supported use in Dlopo, but it may not remove records that were already created in the provider’s own account.

Dlopo subscription billing is managed through Stripe. Guest payments collected through a paid booking link are separate from your Dlopo subscription, so use the relevant connected payment provider to manage guest-payment records.

Read the authoritative policies
