Share Your Link and Manage Your First Booking
Once your booking link and schedule are ready, test the guest experience, copy the public URL, and use the workspace Bookings page to review the first confirmed booking.
Test The Guest Experience
- Open the booking link editor from Links.
- Review the live preview on the right side of the editor.
- Confirm the title, description, duration, location, and displayed time zone.
- Select a date with available times in the preview.
- Choose a time and complete the guest form.
- Confirm the booking details after submission.
The preview is useful for checking the guest journey before you share the link. It also helps you confirm that your selected schedule produces the dates and times you expect.
Copy And Share The Booking Link
When the link is ready, use the controls in the link header:
- Select Copy Link to copy the public booking URL.
- Select Open Link to open the guest-facing page in a new tab.
- Share the copied URL in email, messages, or wherever guests need to find it.
- Keep the link inactive while you are still editing, then activate it when it is ready for guests.
For website distribution, open Website Widget under Distribution. This panel generates the current embed code and shows a live preview of the booking form.
The public URL remains the simplest option for a first test. Website and email distribution are useful when guests should book from an existing page or campaign.
Find The Booking
After a guest completes the form, open Bookings from the workspace navigation.
- Use All Bookings, Upcoming Bookings, Cancelled Bookings, or Past Bookings to narrow the list.
- Search by guest, email, booking link, notes, or status.
- Select a booking row to open its detail panel.
- Review the booking status, guest details, time zone, location, host, and timeline.
The booking status is the source of truth. A delayed email or calendar update does not by itself mean that the booking failed.
Manage The Booking
From the booking detail panel, review the available actions for that booking. Depending on its status and timing, the workspace can offer Cancel Booking and related booking actions. A cancellation changes the booking status and triggers the supported notification and calendar behavior.
Guests manage their own booking from the cancellation or rescheduling actions provided in their confirmation message when those actions are enabled for the link. The guest-facing page identifies the booking and applies the link’s current controls.
