Booking Notifications Are Missing
A missing email or calendar update does not necessarily mean the booking failed. Start by checking the booking record in Dlopo, then isolate whether the problem is email delivery, a provider update, or the booking configuration.
Check the booking first
- Open Bookings.
- Find the affected booking.
- Confirm that it exists and has the expected status.
- Check the guest and host email addresses, meeting time, location, and booking link.
A confirmed booking can remain confirmed even when an email is delayed or a provider update fails.
If an email is missing
Check the recipient’s spam, junk, and filtered folders. Confirm the address was entered correctly and allow for provider delays.
For workspace preferences, open Settings → Notifications and review Booking Confirmations and Reschedules and Cancellations. These preferences affect future delivery; they do not rewrite an existing booking.
Booking-link controls can also change guest-facing behavior. Review Disable Rescheduling, Hide Notes in Calendar, and Redirect on Booking when the missing message concerns one particular link.
If a Google Calendar event or Meet link is missing
Confirm that:
- The booking is confirmed, not pending approval, payment, or review.
- The booking link uses the intended location.
- The Google Calendar integration is still connected.
- The authorized Google account is the one expected to receive the event.
- The event or location was not removed directly in Google Calendar.
Dlopo creates supported calendar records as part of the booking flow. Reconnect the integration if authorization expired, then inspect the booking again. Google Calendar busy events do not currently remove Dlopo availability, so reconnecting will not restore a missing slot caused by schedule rules.
