Account and Profile Settings

Use Settings to manage your personal profile, notification choices, general preferences, workspace branding, schedules, and billing. The settings available to you can depend on your role and plan.

Open Settings

  1. Open the account or profile menu in the workspace shell.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Use Search settings or select a panel from the sidebar.

The available panels are grouped as Personal, Workspace, and Billing.

Profile

The Profile panel contains:

  • Profile Picture, Full Name, and your read-only Email.
  • Username, which forms your public profile URL.
  • Bio, shown on public-facing profile or booking experiences.
  • Show Public Profile, which controls whether visitors can browse your username page and public links.

Click Save Changes after editing. Full name and username are required, and the username is normalized into a URL-safe slug.

Notifications

Open Notifications to control available email preferences, including:

  • Booking Confirmations
  • Reschedules and Cancellations
  • Product Updates

Click Save Changes. Notification changes affect future delivery; they do not change existing bookings.

Preferences

The General settings panel is labeled Preferences. It includes Timezone, Date Format, Time Format, and Start of the Week. These are account-level defaults. A schedule’s Time Zone is managed separately in Schedules.

Branding and schedules

Use Branding to update the workspace name, logo, booking-page description, and available Dlopo branding option. Use Schedules to manage working hours, schedule time zones, and date overrides.

Billing

The Billing panel shows Current plan, renewal or cancellation status, Payment method, Next invoice, and Billing Contact. Use Open Billing Portal for Stripe-managed payment and subscription actions, or Adjust plan to compare plans.
