Set Weekly Hours
Weekly hours define the repeating times when guests may book you. Configure them once in a schedule, then use that schedule on one or more booking links.
Set your weekly hours
- Open Schedules.
- Select the schedule you want to edit.
- Confirm the schedule’s Time Zone.
- Under Weekly Hours, enable each day when you accept bookings.
- Enter a start and end time for each enabled day.
- Save your changes.
Disabled days display Unavailable and produce no booking times.
Add more than one time range
Use the plus button beside a day to add another range. Multiple ranges are useful when your availability has a break.
For example:
- 09:00–12:00
- 13:00–17:00
With these hours, a meeting must fit entirely inside one range. Dlopo will not place a meeting across the break between them.
How start times are created
Dlopo divides each available range into potential start times using the booking link’s meeting duration. It then removes times that do not satisfy the link’s other rules.
A 60-minute booking cannot start at 16:30 if the available range ends at 17:00. A shorter booking may fit, depending on its duration and any conflicting Dlopo booking.
Weekly hours are interpreted in the schedule’s Time Zone. Guests can see converted times on the public booking page, but changing the displayed time zone does not change the schedule itself.
Use the schedule on a booking link
Weekly hours affect a link only when that link uses the schedule:
- Open the booking link.
- Open Scheduling.
- Under Availability, choose the correct Schedule.
- Save the link.
A schedule can be shared by several links. Editing its weekly hours updates all links assigned to it.
Make a one-off change
Do not edit weekly hours for a holiday, appointment, or exceptional workday. Add a Date Override instead. An override replaces the weekly hours only on its selected date and leaves the repeating week unchanged.
If expected times do not appear
Check the booking link’s duration, Minimum Notice, Booking Window, Bookings Per Day, buffers, existing Dlopo bookings, and date overrides. Each of these can narrow the weekly hours before times are shown to guests.
Google Calendar busy events do not currently remove times from Dlopo availability.
