Troubleshoot Missing Availability

When a booking page shows fewer times than expected, work through the checks below. A slot appears only when it passes the schedule, duration, limits, conflict, and capacity rules for the booking link.

1. Confirm the assigned schedule

  1. Open the booking link.
  2. Open Scheduling.
  3. Under Availability, note the selected Schedule.
  4. Open Schedules and inspect that same schedule.

Editing a different schedule will not change the link.

2. Check Weekly Hours

Confirm the weekday is enabled under Weekly Hours and that its start and end times are correct. If the day has multiple ranges, the meeting must fit entirely inside one range.

A 60-minute meeting cannot start 30 minutes before the range ends.

3. Check Date Overrides

A Date Override replaces weekly hours for its date. An unavailable override removes the entire day. A special-hours override uses only the ranges entered in the override.

Check the date in the schedule’s time zone, especially if the guest is viewing from another zone.

4. Review the booking duration

The booking link’s duration determines which start times fit. Longer meetings naturally produce fewer options. Confirm that at least one complete duration fits within the weekly or override range.

5. Review Limits & Buffers

Under Scheduling, inspect:

  • Minimum Notice: removes times that are too soon.
  • Booking Window: removes dates that are too far ahead.
  • Bookings Per Day: removes a date after its limit is reached.
  • Buffer Before and Buffer After: remove starts too close to existing Dlopo bookings.

Temporarily loosening one control can help identify which rule is responsible. Restore the intended value after testing.

6. Check existing Dlopo bookings and capacity

An existing Dlopo booking may conflict with the proposed time or its buffers. For links with more than one seat, a time remains available only while capacity remains. Confirmed bookings can therefore remove one slot or, when the daily limit is reached, the whole date.

7. Check the time-zone display

The schedule’s Time Zone defines the hours. The public page may show Visitor local time or Link schedule time. A converted time can move to another clock hour or calendar date without changing the underlying availability.

Google Calendar note

Google Calendar busy events do not currently remove times from Dlopo availability. Reconnecting Google Calendar will not restore a missing slot caused by schedule or booking-link rules. Use Dlopo schedules, overrides, limits, and existing Dlopo bookings as the source of truth.

Retest the public page

Save your changes, reopen or refresh the public booking page, select the relevant time zone, and test the affected date again.

If availability is still missing, record the booking-link name, schedule name, date, selected display time zone, expected time, and the values under Limits & Buffers before contacting support.
