Booking Link Settings
Booking link settings control what guests can book, which times are offered, what information guests submit, and what happens after a booking. Each link has its own settings and guest preview.
Open a Booking Link
- Open Links.
- Select the booking link you want to edit.
- Choose a section from the left side.
- Make the required changes.
- Click Save Changes.
The preview updates while you edit. Complete a test booking after changing availability, guest questions, location, or confirmation behavior.
Basics
Use Basics to configure the guest-facing meeting details:
- Title identifies the meeting.
- Description explains its purpose and what the guest should prepare.
- URL controls the final part of the public booking URL.
- Timezone chooses between the visitor’s local time and the link schedule’s time.
- Date Format controls how dates are displayed.
- Time Format chooses 12-hour or 24-hour time.
- Start of Week chooses Sunday or Monday.
- Duration controls the length of each booking.
- Location determines where the meeting takes place.
Available locations include Google Meet, Phone Call, In-Person, and Custom URL. Google Meet requires a connected Google Calendar account.
Scheduling
Use Scheduling to choose the schedule that supplies recurring working hours. You can edit the selected schedule’s weekly hours from the link and open the full schedule settings when you need date overrides.
Limits & Buffers narrow the times produced by the schedule:
- Buffer Before and Buffer After add protected time around bookings.
- Minimum Notice prevents last-minute bookings.
- Booking Window limits how far ahead guests can book.
- Bookings Per Day caps the host’s daily bookings.
Advanced scheduling controls require Pro. Existing Dlopo bookings are also checked before a time is shown.
Booking Form
Every standard booking form includes required name and email questions. Pro accounts can enable Custom Questions and use Manage questions to collect additional details.
Keep the form short. Required questions block submission until the guest provides a valid answer.
Guest Controls
Use Guest Controls for advanced behavior:
- Disable rescheduling removes the guest’s rescheduling option.
- Hide notes in calendar keeps submitted notes out of supported calendar descriptions.
- Redirect on booking sends the guest to a valid custom URL after a successful booking.
- Forward parameters can pass values such as name, email, and question answers to the redirect.
These advanced controls require Pro. Only forward booking data to a destination you control and trust.
Distribution and Integrations
Use Website Widget to generate an inline website embed. Use Email Snippet to select available times and create email-safe HTML. Use Integrations to connect supported calendar and conferencing services.
Activate or Deactivate a Link
The toggle in the booking link header controls whether it is active. Free accounts can publish one active public booking link; Pro accounts can publish unlimited active links. Draft links remain editable and previewable.
Deactivating a link stops public booking but does not delete previous bookings.
