About This Resource

Share Your Booking Link

Share an active booking link when you are ready for guests to open its public booking page and choose an available time. You can copy the direct URL, place the booking flow on a website, or create an email-safe group of available times.

Before You Share

Check the booking link from the host side first:

  • Confirm the link is active. An inactive link cannot accept public bookings.
  • Open its preview and check the title, description, duration, location, and available dates.
  • Review the assigned schedule and booking rules.
  • Check the questions guests must answer.
  • Complete a test booking and review the confirmation.

Free accounts can keep unlimited draft links but can publish one active public booking link. Pro accounts can publish unlimited active links.

Copy the Direct Booking Link

  1. Open Links.
  2. Find the booking link you want to share.
  3. Open the more-actions menu.
  4. Click Copy Link.
  5. Paste the URL into the message, profile, campaign, or call to action where guests should find it.

You can also use Open link to check the public page yourself. If the link is a draft because your plan cannot publish another active link, Dlopo shows Preview draft instead. Upgrade or deactivate another public link before distributing that URL.

Share Available Times in Email

  1. Open the booking link.
  2. Select Email Snippet under Distribution.
  3. Choose an available date.
  4. Select one or more times.
  5. Choose the 12h or 24h time format.
  6. Copy the generated email-safe HTML and paste it into your email composer.

Each selected time links back to the same booking page with that date and slot preselected. The guest still completes the required details and final confirmation in Dlopo.

Email applications do not reliably run website scripts. Use Email Snippet for email instead of pasting the Website Widget code.

What Guests Experience

The direct URL opens the guest-facing booking page. Guests see the meeting title, host, duration, location, time zone, description, and available dates. After choosing a time, they enter the required details and complete the booking flow.

The page can show the guest’s local time or the booking link’s schedule time, depending on the link’s Timezone setting. The selected date, time, and required answers remain subject to the booking link’s current availability and validation rules.

If a Shared Link Does Not Work

Check the following:

  1. Confirm the link is active.
  2. Copy the URL again from Links.
  3. Open it in a private browser window.
  4. Confirm the assigned schedule produces future times.
  5. Check minimum notice, booking window, buffers, and daily limits.
  6. Confirm your plan allows the link to be publicly active.

Changing the booking link’s URL makes previously shared URLs stop working. Share the new URL after saving a URL change.

Changing the link’s title, description, schedule, or questions does not change the URL. Guests opening an existing shared URL see the latest saved configuration. If you deactivate the link temporarily, the same URL can be used again after reactivation, provided the URL itself has not changed.
