About This Resource

Set Your Availability

Dlopo calculates bookable times from a schedule, the booking link’s scheduling rules, connected-calendar conflicts, and existing bookings. Set your schedule first, then select it on each booking link that should use those hours.

Before you begin

You need access to the Schedules page. Decide which time zone should govern the schedule and what hours you normally accept bookings. If you connect Google Calendar, busy calendar events can also remove conflicting times; provider setup belongs in Integrations.

Open Schedules

  1. Open Schedules from the workspace navigation.
  2. Review the existing schedule list. Each row shows the schedule name, time zone, and whether it is enabled.
  3. To create another schedule, select the + button beside search, or use New schedule where it appears.

A schedule is reusable. For example, you can keep one schedule for normal office hours and another for a different working pattern.

Set The Schedule Details

Select the schedule’s edit button to open the Working Hours panel.

  1. Enter a descriptive value in Name.
  2. Choose the schedule’s Timezone.
  3. Leave Default Schedule enabled when this should be the schedule assigned to new booking links by default.
  4. Continue to Weekly Hours.

Set Weekly Hours

Under Weekly Hours, configure the recurring hours that guests can book.

  1. Select a day’s switch to make that day available or unavailable.
  2. Enter a start and end time for each available period.
  3. Use Add time when a day needs more than one working period, such as 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00.
  4. Use Copy previous when the next day should use the previous day’s hours.
  5. Leave a day unavailable when you do not accept bookings on that day.
  6. Save the schedule with Save.

The schedule stores recurring hours; it does not create bookings or calendar events by itself. A booking link still needs to use this schedule.

Add Date Overrides

Use a date override for a holiday, travel day, exceptional working day, or temporary change that should not alter your weekly pattern.

  1. In the Working Hours panel, scroll to Date Overrides.
  2. Select Add override.
  3. Choose one or more dates in the calendar.
  4. Set the hours under Available Hours, or enable Mark Full Day as Unavailable.
  5. Save the override, then save the schedule if prompted.

A date override takes precedence for the selected date. It is useful for changing one date without changing every Monday, Tuesday, or other recurring day.

Assign The Schedule To A Booking Link

Schedules control availability only after a booking link selects them.

  1. Open the booking link from Links.
  2. Select Scheduling under Event Setup.
  3. Choose the intended schedule in the availability settings.
  4. Review the link’s duration, buffers, minimum notice, and future booking limits.
  5. Save the link changes.

The final times shown to guests are the intersection of the schedule and the link’s rules. Existing bookings and connected-calendar conflicts can remove individual times even when the weekly schedule is open.

What Guests See

Guests see the available times calculated for the booking link. Dlopo displays those times using the booking page’s time-zone behavior, while the schedule remains anchored to its configured time zone. A guest can choose only a time that satisfies the schedule, link rules, and conflict checks.
