View and Manage Bookings
Use Bookings to find meetings across your workspace, filter by status, search by text, and open a booking’s details and available actions.
Open your bookings
- Open Bookings from the workspace navigation.
- Choose the relevant booking section or filter card.
- Use Search Bookings to narrow the list.
- Select a row to open its details panel.
The workspace view can show All Bookings, Upcoming Bookings, Pending Bookings, Past Bookings, and Cancelled Bookings, depending on the available data.
Read a booking
The details panel shows the meeting title, status, date and time, guest name and email, guest time zone, meeting location, host, timeline, notes, and saved responses when those values exist.
The status badge is the source of truth for the booking’s current state. A notification delivery issue does not by itself change a confirmed booking’s status.
Available actions
Actions depend on the booking state and link configuration. You may be able to:
- Open the meeting location.
- Open the invitation in Google Calendar.
- Cancel the booking.
- Approve, reject, or review a booking request.
- Follow a guest reschedule flow when one is available.
A cancelled booking cannot be cancelled again. A booking that requires review may expose a slot picker so you can choose a valid time before confirming it.
Manage bookings for one link
To focus on one meeting type, open that booking link and its Bookings area. Link-specific views help you distinguish activity for one offer from workspace-wide activity.
When you cancel or otherwise change a booking, Dlopo updates the booking record and sends supported notifications. Connected calendar updates depend on the integration and provider response; confirm the booking status in Dlopo first.
If a booking is missing
Check the active filter, search text, date section, and booking link. Then confirm the booking was created successfully and that you are viewing the correct workspace.
