We also use information to personalize product experiences, remember settings, understand which features are useful, develop new features, communicate with users, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, safety, and security of Dlopo, our users, visitors, and the public.
When AI-assisted booking features are enabled, relevant booking context, visitor messages, assistant instructions, page content, and workflow settings may be processed to interpret scheduling requests, answer visitor questions, summarize context, and produce structured booking assistance.
Dlopo users decide what information to request from visitors through booking pages, embedded flows, custom questions, assistant instructions, and connected workflows. If you are a visitor submitting information through a Dlopo booking page, the Dlopo user who published that page may also receive and control that information.
Dlopo processes visitor information to provide the booking workflow, deliver confirmations and reminders, help the Dlopo user manage scheduling, and support related product functionality. Dlopo users are responsible for making sure their use of visitor information complies with applicable law.
We share information with service providers that help us operate Dlopo, including hosting, database, analytics, payment, email, authentication, calendar, video meeting, feedback, customer support, security, and AI providers.
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not use visitor booking data to train third-party AI models unless a provider's terms and your settings expressly allow that use.

You can update some account, workspace, booking, and integration information directly in Dlopo. You can also disconnect some integrations, manage billing details, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, and control cookies through your browser settings.
