This Privacy Policy explains how Dlopo collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create or use a Dlopo account, connect an integration, communicate with us, or interact with a booking page or embedded booking flow powered by Dlopo.
Dlopo is responsible for personal information used to operate our website, accounts, billing, support, security, analytics, and product development. When a Dlopo customer uses the Service to collect information from invitees, that customer generally decides why and how the information is used, and Dlopo processes it on the customer's behalf. Invitees should also review the customer's own privacy notice.
We collect information needed to operate Dlopo, provide scheduling workflows, secure accounts, process bookings, support users, and improve the product.
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from Dlopo customers and invitees who use the Service, and from services you choose to connect. We may also receive limited information from payment, authentication, analytics, security, and communications providers.
We use information to provide and personalize the Service, remember settings, understand which features are useful, develop and test new features, communicate with users, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, safety, and security of Dlopo, our users, visitors, and the public. Google user data is used only as described in the Google User Data section below.
When AI-assisted booking features are enabled, relevant booking context, visitor messages, assistant instructions, page content, and workflow settings may be processed to interpret scheduling requests, answer visitor questions, summarize context, and produce structured booking assistance.
When you connect a Google integration, Dlopo accesses the Google account email address associated with the connection and only the Google data needed for the feature you choose. For Google Calendar and Google Meet, this may include calendar identifiers, busy periods, event details, attendee details, locations, descriptions, and Google Meet links. For Gmail, Dlopo accesses only scheduling threads that you explicitly label "Dlopo Assistant" or explicitly select in the Dlopo Gmail Add-on, including their message content and participant details. We store OAuth access and refresh tokens so the connection can continue to work until you disconnect it or revoke access.
Dlopo uses Google user data solely to provide the Google features you request: checking availability, preventing booking conflicts, creating, updating, and removing booking events, adding Google Meet links, importing explicitly labelled Gmail scheduling threads, and providing requested scheduling assistance for explicitly selected Gmail threads. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, marketing, profiling, credit decisions, data brokerage, or any purpose unrelated to the requested functionality.
If you use AI-assisted scheduling with an explicitly labelled or selected Gmail thread, Dlopo may send only the thread content needed to perform that requested scheduling task to OpenAI, acting as our service provider. Neither Dlopo nor OpenAI uses Google user data to train or improve generalized or foundation AI or machine-learning models. We do not sell Google user data.
Google user data is shared only as needed to operate the requested feature: with the connected Google services, people or workspace members involved in the booking, and service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except when you ask us to do so, when necessary to provide support or investigate a security issue, or when required by law. The general statements in this policy about analytics, personalization, product development, and AI-assisted features do not expand our use of Google user data beyond the purposes described in this section.
You can disconnect a Google integration in Dlopo or revoke Dlopo's access from your Google Account at any time. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the Google API Services User Data Policy, for more information.
Dlopo users decide what information to request from visitors through booking pages, embedded flows, custom questions, assistant instructions, and connected workflows. If you are a visitor submitting information through a Dlopo booking page, the Dlopo user who published that page may also receive and control that information.
Dlopo processes visitor information to provide the booking workflow, deliver confirmations and reminders, help the Dlopo user manage scheduling, and support related product functionality. Dlopo users are responsible for making sure their use of visitor information complies with applicable law.
We share information with service providers that help us operate Dlopo, including hosting, database, analytics, payment, email, authentication, calendar, video meeting, feedback, customer support, security, and AI providers. Google user data is shared only as described in the Google User Data section above.
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose personal information only as described in this policy, at your direction, or with your consent. We do not permit third-party AI providers to use visitor booking data to train their general-purpose models unless we clearly disclose that use and obtain any consent required by law.

We require service providers to handle personal information for the services they provide to us and subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations.
Dlopo uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure authentication flows, remember product preferences, operate embedded booking flows, measure product usage, improve reliability, and understand how people interact with the product and website.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect authentication, integrations, embedded booking flows, product preferences, security, analytics, or core product functionality.
If you enable or use AI-assisted features, Dlopo may send relevant content to AI providers so the feature can respond, summarize, classify, or guide a booking workflow. Any Google user data is handled only as described in the Google User Data section above.
You should not include sensitive personal information in assistant instructions or booking questions unless you have a lawful basis and it is necessary for your workflow. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and users are responsible for reviewing important visitor-facing information.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing Dlopo, maintaining accounts and booking workflows, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and preventing fraud and abuse.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, why it was collected, customer instructions and product settings, legal limitation periods, tax and accounting requirements, security needs, and whether an account or booking relationship remains active. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, subject to the limited exceptions below.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, provider security controls, and operational safeguards.
No online service can be completely secure. You should use a strong password, protect your account credentials, review connected integrations, limit access to workspaces, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You can update some account, workspace, booking, and integration information directly in Dlopo. You can also disconnect some integrations, manage billing details, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, and control cookies through your browser settings.
For privacy requests, contact us at support@dlopo.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. If you are a visitor to a booking page, we may direct you to the Dlopo user who controls that booking page where appropriate.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis for processing, we process personal information for the following reasons:
Dlopo and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including countries whose privacy laws may differ from your local laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to processing, and receive portable personal information. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local supervisory authority. In Ireland, the supervisory authority is the Data Protection Commission.
Residents of certain US states may have rights to know about, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. These rights vary by location and may be subject to exceptions. Dlopo will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To exercise a right, email support@dlopo.com. We may verify your identity and authority, and authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authorization. If Dlopo processes your information for a customer, we may direct the request to that customer.
Dlopo accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Dlopo, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page. The updated policy applies once posted unless stated otherwise.
